Can I use my own website, or do I need yours?

Our content works on any website, so you get to choose which website to use. 

What if I don’t have/want a website?

If you do not have or want a website, we offer one-page websites that pop up to show the content when someone clicks on the email or social media post. The one-page site will show all your Branding, i.e., logo, social links, contact info, etc.

What happens if I change websites, or get a new one?

Each piece of content has its own embed code so if you change websites, you just have to add the code to the new website, and be sure it’s removed from your old one, and our Account Managers can walk you through that if you need help.

Do you post it, or do I have to post it?

All our Newsletters and Tax Tips post automatically because that’s the “what’s happening in the world today” stuff, so it’s on a set publishing schedule. It auto posts to your website social media and emails out when published. Our other content, i.e., Videos and Articles, can also be set up to auto post or email anytime you like.

How do I get you my list of names/emails?

Easy, just export your list from whatever system you have them stored in and save as a .csv Xcel file on your computer, then just upload that list into our platform. You can build different lists to target specific people with specific pieces of content. 

Do I have to replace the embed code every time something new, i.e., content, is published?

No, you add it to your website one time and every time we publish the content just automatically refreshes on your website.

How is your Support?

Great! You can schedule live calls, email, or use our Help Center right from the home page of your dashboard.

Will I get help to set this up?

Yes, you go through a 45-minute Orientation call with one of our Account Managers to walk you through getting everything set up.

Is there a contract?

No, it’s pure month to month billing which gives you the flexibility to decide what you need when you need it. Turn it on when you need it and turn it off when you don’t.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

No, it’s pure month to month billing which gives you the flexibility to decide what you need when you need it. Turn it on when you need it and turn it off when you don’t.
